Product innovation
We are proactive in bringing new technology and new products to our retail/e-tail buyers, with pre-agreed
activity and launch planning from our vendor partners. For you, this removes time, effort and headaches because
we help you identify new products and prepare for their introduction. Because we are so keen on innovation, we work
in partnership with some of our retailers to trial new technologies, taking away the risk as well as the burden of
initial negotiations and import.
Logistics
We will adapt completely to our customers' needs in terms of logistic requirements. We offer broad experience in
importing goods, kitting, labelling and reworking stock for bundles – no job is too small or too large for us to handle.
People
Having worked for vendors within the industry, we have a good knowledge of the channel, so you can trust us to understand your
issues and know how to tackle them.

Vendors
Our aim is to have a niche range of vendors. We do not aspire to become a broad line distributor and because of
this, we are able to develop close relationships and gain in-depth product knowledge in specific areas. Therefore,
we offer true value add in our account management. Each of our vendors is selected for a reason and is not just one
line in a million others.
Partnership
We want to work in partnership with our customers. For us this means a proactive, joint approach to all aspects of
channel management, including forecasting and promotional planning, strategic and tactical support, sales and stock
analysis etc.
